I am very privileged and honored to be appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Yemen to Hungary since July 2014.

The privileged confidence I have been accorded by our President, Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, and the administration of the Government of Hungary in this regard to serve the people of Yemen and strengthen the bonds of friendship and partnership with Hungary in this very difficult period of time is a great source of pride and challenge, and I am fully cognizant of the heavy responsibility associated with it.

It is our objective to be closely working with the administration of Government of Hungary in order to make a meaningful contribution to our bilateral relationship and build a more comprehensive partnership in education, trade, economy, political, and security sectors, as well as development assistance. We also look to support activities that foster and facilitate cultural exchange between our two countries.

I am confident that with the joint efforts of our two governments and communities we will overcome all the current difficulties and embrace a peaceful and brighter future to our country.
